Overview
This page gives you a practical overview of the Orders module in Caramel—the main workspace where your staff handle the full lifecycle of an order: Drop-Off → Assignation → Process → Collect (QC) → Pick-up.
Management (List & Search)
The Orders Management (List & Search) page is the main place in Caramel to:
Drop (Create Order)
The Drop page is where you create (or edit) an order by selecting Items, choosing their Options, enabling Operations, and reviewing the Result Summary before confirming.
Assignation
The Assignation page is where you give identity to Items by printing system barcodes or assigning pre-printed labels (barcode or RFID) inside Caramel.
Process (Workflow)
The Process page is the operational workspace in Caramel — the screen most frequently used by front-line staff to perform item operations quickly and consistently.
Collect (QC)
The Collector (QC) page is designed for the final steps of an order: quality control, final covering/packaging, and placing Items into storage.
Pick-Up
The Pick-Up page is used for the final delivery of Items to the customer.
Items Report
This page provides a detailed, filter-based report for Items. Use it when you need highly specific outputs (daily operations, monthly summaries, quality returns, tailoring workloads, and more).
Operators Report
This page helps you review operator activity in Caramel for a selected time range. It is useful for checking staff performance across the main order flow, including Drop, Process, and Pickup.
